Here’s another picture in the series that we bought at the Armada Flea Market.
Same baby (you can tell by the hat) with (I’m assuming) Mom. Note the house in the background is the same as in last week’s photo. See the corner brick on the house?
Also, my daughter pointed out that for the date (Dec. 10, 1922), the weather must have been mild because Dad last week was wearing no jacket and his shirt sleeves were rolled up and there is no snow on the ground. Now Mom is wearing a winter coat. I tried to find a site that might tell me the weather during that time (in Detroit – I’m assuming the photos might be local to the Detroit area if they were perhaps bought at an estate sale, but maybe I’m assuming incorrectly), but was unsuccessful.
